Ideas are like sparks—they come fast, often when you're not expecting them. But without a process, those sparks fizzle out. That’s where the concept of buckets comes in. Think of it as an assembly line for ideas. The first bucket? That’s where we do a quick capture. We don’t overthink it, we don’t polish it—it's raw, it's real. Just get the idea down and move on.
Then comes refinement. Here’s the thing: not every idea needs a human touch right away. Artificial intelligence can do a lot of the heavy lifting, moving those initial raw ideas into a more refined state before they hit the next bucket. This is where human judgment comes in, adding depth, context, and direction.
The whole point is to keep ideas in motion, moving them from one bucket to the next in a steady, rhythmic cadence. It’s not about slowing down to admire the view; it’s about keeping momentum. Because if you’ve got a place for new ideas to go and a clear process for how they evolve, you’re not just sitting on a goldmine of untapped potential—you’re actively refining it into something valuable.
What we’ve noticed is that most companies don’t have this. They’re full of ideas but lack the infrastructure to shape, refine, or prioritize them. So, we’ve built a system where ideas are these atomic units moving through a series of stages—buckets, if you will. And each stage adds clarity, purpose, and progress.
When you know where an idea starts, where it needs to go, and what happens in between, you turn the abstract into the concrete. You turn potential into progress. And that’s how you build a cadence of success.
